Request a time online or call (863) 399-5744. We confirm appointment requests within 1–2 business hours during shop hours (Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM).
2. Drop off (or get towed in)
Bring your vehicle at your scheduled time. Car won't move? During shop hours, Bertha — our in-house flatbed — can bring it straight to our bays.
3. We diagnose the real problem
ASE-certified techs test for the root cause instead of guessing from a code. You get a plain-language explanation of what we found and why it matters.
4. Written estimate — you approve first
Every job is quoted in writing before work begins. We walk you through options, and nothing major happens without your approval. No upsell culture.
5. Repair with updates
We keep you posted by phone or text as work progresses. If we find something new mid-repair, we stop and call before touching it.
6. Pick up — backed in writing
You leave with the work explained and 24-month/24,000-mile written warranty on qualifying repairs. Questions later? Call the same shop and talk to the same team.

How fast do you confirm an appointment request?
We confirm appointment requests within 1–2 business hours during shop hours (Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM).
What if my car can't be driven to the shop?
During shop hours (Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM), Bertha, our in-house flatbed, can tow it straight to our bays — from a $75 hook fee. After hours, still call Mac's: owner Mike Traina coordinates recovery through a trusted partner.
How will I get updates during the repair?
By phone or text — your choice. Typical response within 10 minutes during business hours, and we always call before any change to the approved estimate.
What backs the repair after I drive away?
