The Site provides general information about our auto repair and shop-hours towing services in Lakeland, Florida, and tools to request appointments and contact us.

Information on the Site—including pricing examples, service descriptions, hours, and warranty summaries—is for general guidance. Final pricing, availability, warranty coverage, and service details are confirmed in writing or by our team at the shop. The Site does not create a mechanic's lien, repair contract, or guaranteed appointment until we confirm with you.

Submitting an appointment request through the Site is a request only, not a confirmed booking. We review requests and contact you to confirm, reschedule, or decline based on shop capacity and service type.

You agree to provide accurate contact and vehicle information. Uploading photos grants us permission to use those images to evaluate your service request and perform repairs if you become a customer.

We may send email and SMS communications related to your request as described in our Privacy Policy. Standard message and data rates may apply to texts.

The Site and its content—including text, logos, graphics, photos, layout, and software—are owned by Mac's or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. "Mac's Auto Repair and Towing," related logos, and Bertha flatbed branding are our trademarks or trade dress.

When you submit forms, messages, or photos, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted content solely to respond to your inquiry, provide services, and operate the Site. We do not claim ownership of your personal information beyond what is necessary to provide services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (Google Maps, Google Analytics, EasyPay Finance, social media, etc.). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or for financing decisions made by third-party lenders.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. Repair warranties on actual shop work are governed by our separate in-shop warranty terms and written repair orders—not by these website Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, MAC'S AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mac's and its personnel from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before filing suit, you agree to contact us at the information below and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or harms Mac's, other users, or third parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mac's regarding the Site.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
